*A 20% deposit is required when booking and the balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure.
*Payments can be made either via Paypal, cheque and internet banking.
*Prices are shown in £'s PER WEEK however I am more than happy to supply prices in $ upon request.
*All prices DO INCLUDE Florida State Tax.
*Daily rates available upon request as are extended stays.
*Credit card details will be required when checking in as a security against any damages that may occur during your stay.
*A $10 resort fee (per house, per day) is payable to the Management (not me) when checking in at reception. This provides guests with temporary membership for the resorts facilities.
*A cleaning charge of $85 is applicable on any bookings less than 5 nights.
*Check in from 4pm, check out is before 11am.
